About Our Departments

Our Development Group works hard to keep BMA at the forefront of changes in the financial industry. We are always looking for skilled PHP developers who can support our next-generation web-based product.

Applicants must have 1+ years of experience with PHP and an understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MVC, API and SQL. Experience with jQuery and IBM DB2 database is also a plus.

Development Group personnel duties include:

  • Design, develop, and maintain software developed in PHP
  • Convert legacy reports to modern PDF reports
  • Convert UIs to web-based applications

We empower our client service account executives to assist our clients in a professional and efficient manner. Our executives develop close, friendly relationships with clients, and they actively cross-sell additional services.

Customer Service Team duties include:

  • Act as a front-line liaison for all departments within BMA
  • Promptly resolve customer questions and problems
  • Properly refer and coordinate projects
  • Be courteous
  • Prepare and conduct customer training sessions
  • Complete related records, reports, and documents

BMA actively updates our system to maintain the most efficient processes. In order to deliver quality software and service, our Quality Assurance (QA) Department regularly performs rigorous operational and performance tests. They conduct the highest level of testing in the industry on all system software. This is a vital area for the success of BMA.

The duties of our QA team include:

  • Plan and develop test scenarios
  • Analyze and interpret test data and documents
  • Track and resolve issues and problems
  • Document all testing processes and results
  • Analyze, test, and train the Product Team (Including Account Executives, Operations, Internal Audit, Product Management, Sales/Marketing, Security, and the BMA President) on updated request changes and, if applicable, competitors’ products and/or services as identified

BMA provides backroom operation services for our financial partners. Our Operations Department oversees computer-related processes to keep everything running smoothly.

The duties of our Operations team include:

  • Accurately perform data entry functions
  • Produce required reports and records
  • Operate computers and peripheral equipment
  • Assist other operators as required
  • Maintain activity logs 
  • Perform minor preventive maintenance on equipment
