Our customer information security policy serves as a standard for all BMA employees for collection, use, retention, and security of individual customer information. BMA does not disclose or permit its employees to disclose any Bank information to any person outside of its company or to any person within its company not having a specific need to know in the performance of their work.
BMA agrees to take all reasonable steps to ensure fulfillment of this obligation, including instructing its employees not to sell, lease, assign, transfer or reveal any Bank information without the Bank’s prior written consent.
