Salt Lake City, Utah — April 12, 2021 — BMA, a financial institution software company that partners with financial institutions, today announced the addition of Adam Weight as the company’s new president and chief executive officer. Weight has more than 20 years of experience in banking and fintech with proficiency in managing digital transformation and organizational growth.

Weight joins BMA from MX, a rapidly growing technology company, where he was an integral part of developing partner strategy and building the channel partner client success team. He has been associated with BMA, either directly or indirectly, throughout his entire banking career, whether with a client institution or in a service provider relationship with other BMA clients. He has extensive experience with financial institutions and related service companies.

Weight says BMA is a company that’s truly innovating banking software for financial institutions of all sizes. “With my background in leading fintech teams and companies, I’m thrilled to join the company as they bring disruption to the industry,” he said.

As president and CEO of BMA, Weight will work closely with the BMA team and clients to promote technological innovation and company growth. Weight is a graduate of the University of Utah with a master’s in business administration and an undergraduate degree in sociology from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He resides in Utah with his wife and four children.
